Pelican Beach Resort. Our Resort is one of the most ACTIVE Resorts year after year, I've had the pleasure of meeting guests who have been coming for 10 - 15 years! Rental income is great. This season most broke all previous records. Low HOA. Sales are amazing. Just since Labor Day 2012 - there were 15 closings in the Pelican Building. Huge improvement. Inventory is low, which means prices are going up. Most of the recent deals have been cash, although mortgage money is more easily available now.
